Yeah. I think Christopher Walken played the main character

Has anyone read the hot zone? I have to write a letter of recommendation for the protagonist for it, but as far as I can tell, there is no protagonist. Thinking of just writing the letter for the virus itself.

The Hot Zone? As in the book about the ebola virus?

I don't exactly remember there being a protagonist...

Well this assignment for english demands a protagonist, and I don't really feel like getting an F on this assignment. Should I just do it for Nancy Jaax, since she has the most development so far at the point i'm at?

That would be the best choice.

"CAPITALISM IS THE WORST THING EVER GOODBYE THE END"

There, I have just highlighted half of the points that The Jungle makes.

The other half is valid examples of how terrifyingly awful the meat industry was back then but yeah.

So I'm a little over 600 pages into John Lennon: The Life, and I'm wondering now if anyone can recommend any good biographies of the other Beatles?

So guys. I'm going home to Florida for the summer and I'm planning on reading a shitton of books while I'm there.
I need a bunch of recommendations of stuff to read.

Pretend like I've never read a novel in my life (but I can read, hurr). Then recommend me anything. (Preferably classics?)

Anything by H. P. Lovecraft.

If you can handle a bit of dry political goings on, I couldn't speak higher of Dumas; The Count of Monte Cristo is quite a beautiful book.
