I saw Avatar. It was a great movie but one thing annoyed me.
At the end, did the robot really need a giant knife? Wouldnt it have been easier to punch him?
Yes I am nitpicky.

Im watching Dumb and Dumber now.

Look, I haven't seen Avatar, and I probably never will, but I can tell you one thing:
EVERYTHING needs a giant knife.

EVERYTHING
So, wait, what didn't you like about it? The other characters? Or... gasp, the animation?

I swear if you say the animation I will punch you in the throat.

(His name was Dr. Facilier, by the way.)

I liked how Inglorious Bastards made me laugh one second and then revel in horror the next.

I felt most of the characters were weak and at times it felt like they, along with some songs, didn't really need to be there. Like, did they really need to go to Mama Odie? Couldn't they have figured out on their own that they needed to get Charlotte to facebattle Naveen? Tiana already kinda knew that Charlotte was the Mardi Gras princess. Also, Tiana's song about opening her restaurant felt kinda redundent, since she had already gone on about it.

And yes, I did love the animation. The animation in Dr. Falicier's song scene was amazing; it was my favorite part of the movie, even though I felt the song was poorly written.

I can agree with the most of what you said. But they went to Mama Odie though because they thought she could make them human again, because she was refered to as being a voodoo woman. However, she either couldn't or refused to, and then her song was actually telling Naveen and Tiana to both dig deeper and realize their dreams (wealth and the restaurant, respectively) weren't what they needed to actually be pop flyin' - they needed each other, or more specifically, love in their lives.

Dr. Facilier's song was my favourite part too. The animation was so amazing and spooky.

Hmm..yeah you're right. My memory of the movie is starting to get fuzzy so I forgot about her telling them to dig deeper. howembaressingofme

One thing I thought was going to happen to Dr. Facilier was that he
would be defeated, but he would repent for what he had done. I thought it was really bad that he died (I assume he did) since he sort of brought Tiana and Naveen together?? I was really disappointed when he got killed.
