The fuckin raw emotion in that episode

and then korra getting her bending back after connecting to her spiritual side

and then bei fong lifting the rocks

and that music

oh my god

I fuckin teared up

man, this is geared towards a way older audience than Avatar:tla, and it's doing a fantastic job at it

GAhhhhhh I didn't get to see that very last few minutes, because the recording cut out just as Lin was looking up at Korra.

Who saw Amon taking Korra's bending like that coming? Most of the people I talked to expected her to go into the avatar state right then and there and kick Amon's booty.
