Care Bears greeting cards came out in 1981, but the plush toys weren't made until 1983, the same year MLP was introduced.

I doubt it's legit but I can't blame them for trying to get heretics into Care Bears because of course an adult is going to have more spending cheddar to buy shitty toys and single dvds with than a 4 year old girl has.

Don't you get it? Lauren Faust. Obviously, the success of the show has to do with her deal with the Devil, which is what Faust's are known for. Also, heretics are like Hufflepuff, no one is exactly sure what they're there for, but you leave them to their own devices.

That being said, I myself am not a heretic, (although I really like Apple Jack) but I have many friends who are. Although technically, some of them are "Pegasisters" as they call it.

Why are you so antagonistic, Nacha? Most of your posts in this thread have been nothing but negative reactions to things other people post/talk about. Why don't you just ignore the thread?

I know but she has been consistently antagonistic over the course of the entire thread. There's a difference between that and having a different opinion.

Well, from what I can see, she's not attacking anybody, just saying that the show's bad

is that really something worth getting upset about

Ok, my English is bad but is antagonistic basically a word you can use to insult anyone who has a contrary opinion to you? Handy.

Anyway, trying to create the MLP:FiM phenomenon is a solid strategy, this unexpected succes doubled the show's demographic and gave them a lot very loyal fans. However, this is mostly an internet thing, and the internet hates to be manipulated. Now that their plans have been leaked out, I don't think there's any chance it's going to work any more.

I can't believe there's still heretics out there who act like MLP:FIM is the most original thing ever. Like, they seriously still think all the characters and episodes are competely original and can't accept that although the show is good everything has been done before and blah, blah, blah....

Oh man!

Yeah.

Don't you think it's about time you got over it, though?

Kinda sounding like a broken record now.

So it's basically saying the same thing over and over again (heretics are dumb), just in different ways.

I'm guessing Xabyrn changed the thread title.

Correction - it's more wordfilters.
