Some neat pixel animations by the guy that did sprite work for Mercenary Kings and Scott Pilgrim the Game.
I don't know why the camera work is so shaky, but it is.

Star Wars Rebels Season 2 is coming soon, the trailer is pretty hype. Seeing Rex and his crew there makes me want to go back and watch Clone Wars. I never did get into it because I just didn't know when exactly it started to get good.

Yooo, Paul Robertson! Glad to see he's still doing things. he's improved a lot since Pirate Baby's Cabana Battle Street Fight.

Y'know, despite the motion capture crap (and Funky and Dixie's botched tan-colored fur), the Donkey Kong Country TV series is actually pretty good.

TALES OF ALETHRION IS HERE!

I really wanna know what happens to Amerath (the cartographer) after the end, but that episode is the final stretch goal for the kickstarter.

Edit: Actually, which episodes are made is based on a voting system. Whoops. I saw the vote page before any votes were put on so I was confused. The most voted for episodes are bumped forward. I still kinda wanna see them all, but especially those two kids from The Reward and Amerath. Maybe those cute lizard dudes though.

Edit2: 1st chapter of the comic featuring the character Mira who was killed off in the original The Reward. I think that's the guy also featured at the end of The Reward and Tales of Alethrion.

So apparently, after 7 years, a new season of the animated adaptation of George of the Jungle aired on Nickelodeon in the Netherlands, and it's coming to America later this year. Kind of strange, since it aired on Cartoon Network before.

In other news, Rick and Morty Season 2 is coming July 26, and Rick and Morty are making a guest appearance in the couch gag in the season finale of the Simpsons in three days.

I officially love this series

I'm pretty much done with Marvel at this point in time. Their recent spate of canceling successful series has led to another retcon pileup called Secret Wars, which is going to lead to brand new No. 1s for daisies near everything. I really should thank them; all their idiocy has probably saved me 100s by now. Thank God that other western comic publishers and manga are there to fill the void with actual quality work.

So there's a rumor going around that Marvel's going to use the big event going on right now to write the X-Men and Fantastic 4 out of the Marvel Universe. Supposedly it's cuz Disney hates dealing with Fox over the X-Men and the Fantastic 4 so they're going to have Marvel just cut off their hand Evil Dead style.

Evidence does point towards that. I mean, there are Secret Wars T-shirts that drop them from the cover. And that's just one instance. Here are a couple others, where people weren't allowed to put them in officially licensed games or officially licensed merch like posters.

Yeah, I went "Oh shit" at that myself. I'm glad that all of the currently revealed Sega and Capcom characters managed to get on the same page (pun not intended) over the course of the latest issue of Mega Man.

Also, if this doesn't end with us getting a Mega Man X ongoing series that starts at Mega Man X1, I will be sorely disappointed. An MMX series would be free cheddar from tons of fans, Archie! You already have three Sonic series...

Kung Fu Panda 3 got announced and it couldn't delight me more. While the first movie was just okay, the second did really good things for me. The only shame is that it won't have Gary Oldman again.
