For a second I thought the artist for that comic was hale, the magnificent bastard who drew my avatar.

The whole 'this cartoon character's world is nothing but a schizophrenic delusion' is becoming rather cliché now.

The supposed 'grittiness' just just comes off as pretentiousness a lot of the time.

Alternate realities can just be as fairyland fruitcake as they are represented - there doesn't have to be some hidden dark 'truth' there all the time.

MAD's actually not that bad. Whenever I watch it, I find myself giggling at a few of the jokes.

So WeLoveFine just had a contest for some MLP shirts and these are the winners. I really like the one Lauren picked, as well as the Pon-3 one.

I really like that Applejack one, but why are they all mens-exclusive? That's a daisies shame.

They're probably going to print them on female shirts soon, I think the male shirts are just so they could get the designs out.

Ah, apparently they do come in women's sizes; they're just listed as separate shirts.
Odd.

At first I thought that the prize cheddar was how much the shirts cost to buy.
