Well, we might have a legit story from Chris now.
Here's how it goes.
Chris and Barb were out shopping. They made a pitstop at a McDonalds near the Game Place, and Chris noticed that the name of the store had changed. Chris also noticed a sign in the window saying "UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT". This made him think "WHOOOO MIKE GOT FIRED I CAN GO BACK IN!" and Barb accompanied him in. He noticed that the sign mentioned that a "Mike" was the new management in question, but he just assumed it was a different Mike.
It wasn't.
Chris hid behind Barb, took a photo of Mike with his 3DS camera while yelling "FOR THE INTERNET" and the two bolted. Mike blocked their parking lot, but Barb took the wheel from Chris and apparently hit him twice. Chris insists that Michael deliberately caused the two lacerations to his legs(explaining the 1k$ damages and assault charges). Barb and Mike both called 911, then Barb tried to drive off. They were, however, apprehended and Chris attacked the cops when he realized that they were going to handcuff him. While the cops were pinning him down, Barb went apeshit and attacked the cops. Chris threw a screaming fit and got hauled off to a holding cell. Barb got hauled off in an ambulance due to high blood pressure.
Chris spent the next few hours throwing a tantrum like an 8 year old, doing all sorts of stupid shit in an attempt to get the cops to let him talk to his mom. Barb eventually arrived, and according to Chris tried to pay bail(before it was posted). Chris saw her being escorted to her cell. Chris was moved to another cell, where he spent the night and refused to eat the prison food. Rocky was called in to help and the next day Chris and Barb were out of their cells.
As for the court cases, Chris is certain that his mom will only get a fine for her Class 5 and Class 6 felonies, but he's (naturally) more worried about his own case. He claims that Michael deliberately put up the "New management" sign to trick him into trespassing. His evidence consists of
this video, which he claims is proof of Michael wanting to "lure him in", and "the facts of Mike from the CWCki". If he's referring to Michael's CWCki page, that means the jury is going to know about the time he called Michael a jew. And the time he accused him of being a pedophile. And the time he nearly hit Michael with his car in June 2010. And the quote explaining that, during the 2010 incident, Michael thought he was photographing his daughter.
Chris thinks he has a slam-dunk case against Mike, and is confident that he can prove him a cyberbull/troll.
