Started reading Hellblazer, it's pretty good. I kept wondering if I should have read Swamp Thing first though.

Sky Doll has some of the most fluid comic art I've ever seen. I'm very impressed.

Heard that as of today, Young Justice and Green Lantern The Animated series have been officially cancelled. Fuck this world. At least we still have Toonami...

Read that the new Teen Titans is supposed to be more LOLRANDUM than the previous one, which actually had some great stuff in it. I'm expecting this to end up like Ultimate Spider-Man: Cut away gags out the booty that would make Family Guy go "Whoa dude, slow the fuck down".

All I've heard about it is that it's going to be a bit more character driven than the last one. Considering the last one was pretty character driven and still enjoyable, I'm not sure this will be a problem.

Ultimately, we'll just have to wait and see if it flops or not.

Yeah, no.

Newsarama wrote:
Teen Titans Go!: Featuring the return of Robin, Starfire, Raven, Beast Boy and Cyborg in all-new, comedic adventures, Teen Titans Go! will premiere in April 2013. Character-driven comedy is the order of the day as this new take on the superhero series focuses on the funny business that happens between saving the world and living together as teenagers without adult supervision. The series stars the principal voice cast from the original Teen Titans, and is produced by Warner Bros. Animation.

I liked the Ultimate Spider Man episode where he swapped bodies with Wolverine, I found the rest of it pretty obnoxious though.

Also, the way they kept changing up the origins of characters like Venom confused me a lot of the time (this must be one of those 'retcon' things people get so upset about).

At the very least, I just hope that Disney XD's Avengers Assemble (The new Avengers series that they cancelled Earth's Mightiest Heroes for) delivers some alright stories at times. Another thing that sounds interesting at the very least is Hulk: Agents of S.M.A.S.H. That show follows a team of regular Hulk, Red Hulk (He is actually Thunderbolt Ross, like in the comic books), She-Hulk, and A-Bomb (A character created during the whole World War Hulk comic series; his secret identity is actually Rick Jones, Bruce Banner's best friend who has been in the series since Hulk #1).

What pisses me off is that Disney decides to relegate all of their interesting cartoons to Disney XD, which most people don't get. Think about what would happen if more people were exposed to kick-booty series like Tron: Uprising and MotorCity via the main Disney Channel...
