Man, this is getting intense. Quite a few plot threads unfolding all during the middle of a giant robot rampage sanctioned by coup d'etat forces, and it looks like there's going to be a Wright battle with Duane and Quigley having to rescue Matty from Rahm. Does anything good or fun ever happen in clock towers?

Well, they might break into song at some point, if my limited knowledge of clock towers pulled entirely from animated films is anywhere near accurate.

Actually... If I recall, the original idea for Pymary involved that wrights sing their spells rather than just speaking them (based on a vague memory of an author comment from however long ago that might just be me mixing things up from other things I've read with other stories). So, in a parallel universe, they very much probably are singing right now.

Looks like Rahm is actually singing, or at least rhyming, holy crap. Also, panel 5, looks like Bastion might be teleporting up the railing.

I wonder if that would explain Duane and Quigley's poetic vocabulary.

Either that or they are both overly dramatic nerds.

That guy looks like he's going to use the raw power of the waterfall for some pymary to basically magic-nuke the whole city. When someone is gathering up so much power that their nose is bleeding from the strain, that's when it's time to run away.

Quig's got a bad habit of getting tied up.

Them's some real jaw-dropping action sequences.

The cities in ruins but at least some of the characters got out okay. Those last two pages of the chapter were rather disturbing. Man, gotta wait until January? That's so far away...

I'm going to have to agree, here. Dying is overrated.

I like Matty's version. The entire comic needs to be rewritten through Matty.

Storm-causing sex, that's a new one.
