I saw that and some super hero show with the guy from the sketchers commercials as the main character.

A new low does not begin to describe it.

Apparently they think it's the '80's, where many cartoons were simply 30 minute long commercials or spin-offs of better tv shows/movies or both.

Here's this on NFL RUSH FOOTBALL HRRRRRGH

http://www.nickandmore.com/2010/09/01/nicktoons-and-nfl-launch-rush-zone-guardians-of-the-core-on-monday-september-6/

Quote:
Rush Zone: Guardians of the Core follows Ishmael, a 10-year old boy who was just an ordinary kid until learning that all 32 NFL stadiums also serve as secret strongholds of an otherworldly benevolent life force that he has been chosen to guard. That life force, once the core of a far-off peaceful planet, has been broken into pieces, or shards, which are hidden in every NFL stadium around the country. An evil villain known as Sudden Death is determined to find the shards, reassemble them and end humanity. To stop Sudden Death, Ish is given the physical abilities of an NFL football player (and a few additional super powers) to battle on and off the gridiron. He must work with the Rusherz, the NFL superheroes representing all 32 teams, to stop the Blitz Botz, robots controlled by Sudden Death. Taught by his mentor, O.T. and guided by NFL players and coaches, Ish learns exactly what it takes to be a true hero.

Good thing CN is (somewhat) doing well with their shows, because Nickelodeon has hit an all new low.

I thought they already hit an all new low with Fanboy and LOLFRATJOKES

I thought Fanboy lasted like a week.

And I assume you're referring to 6teen with the "FRATJOKES" comment, which I also assume is "FARTJOKES", which both pretty much apply to that show.

And yeah, it sucks.

They did. It got worse.

To paraphrase someone from /co/, it's like they hit a low, then broke through that surface to reveal a sub-level of lowness where only the most ghastly and horriffic things dwell.

This is Butch Hartman.

Don't be fooled by appearances. The dog is in his teens, has a humorously stupid father and a sensible yet clutzy mother, a teacher who hates him and an authority figure who abuses him for now reason. Also he is unpopular, yet extremely likeable, but gifted with strange powers.

Oh yeah, he made Danny Phantom, and he tried to make a Crash Nebula spin off of FOP.

None of this actually matters though because they are all the same fucking thing.

that Crash Nebula spin off looked OK. I was sad they just made it a one time thing.
