Just because a character is doing things because they think it's fun, doesn't make them not evil.
That is also the base character of The Joker, and you'd be hard pressed to call him not evil.

People do that all the time. Or rather, fangirls do it all the time. Doesnt matter what hideous atrocities they comitt, as long as theyre "cool"

The bracelet thing made sense and worked with the nature of a trickster god, which is to manipulate without really ever putting people in harms way personally, only if they're stupid enough to ignore the warnings.

The stealing memories thing tipped him to the edge, and now he's just fullblown asshole.

Well, I mean, he's clearly done a lot of shit to separate Annie from everybody else, and also make her his medium for reasons. So he's clearly doing weird shit there, and also the bracelet and the tooth were obviously parts of that. I guess none of that is evil but it's rather foreboding.
Also I'm pretty sure he gave R and Y fucked superpowers on purpose. Because he's a Trickster God and that's what those guys do.

So there's this relatively new comic called VIBE.

The dialogue and writing is... well, it's trash, but the art is beautiful and the concept is neat. Some kid with voodoo powers that let him fuse with spirits, like Shaman King if I had ever read that.

And My concerns with Gunnerkrigg from last weak are mostly cleared up with the regret card. Kinda the easy way out but it fits with his characterization so it's alright.

I think definitely a possessed doll. In panel four of today's comic you can see some kind of mark on her forehead, like a circle with a cross.
