I've seen glee, and it's good, in a super corny over-the-top way. It always reminded me of a cartoon for some reason.

Just have to say, I was part of a show choir before you little diaper wearing brats knew what one was. Seriously.

I mean, the kids sing great, but Sue just....is Sue

I hate Glee. Curt is so stereotypically gay it is ridiculous, and that whole religion episode was bullshit. Who cares if he believes in God or not? And he doesn't believe in God because why would God make him gay.

Fuck that.

Glee in itself isn't too bad, isn't too great; It's a by-product of the HSM generation.

In the future, humanity will reflect upon itself and feel great shame for having wrought HSM upon the greater universe.

I watched a bit of it, but I never saw that... I enjoyed the scenes with Kurt and his father, but that's kind of put me off now.

I think it's "good-bad TV". Kind of like friends. It's entertaining (somewhat), but it's also grating in too large doses, and doesn't really know what it's talking about when it's engaging in any kind of taboo debates (as above).

I watched the first season and the beginning of this season before giving up. When it started, the script was great. The songs helped push it along, and even when I didn't enjoy the song (which wasn't too often) it had a purpose. After they started selling CDs and started the whole 'Gleek' bullshit it all went downhill. The script became crap, each episode had barely any development and started focusing on "This artist is popular let's do a bunch of their songs". The fact that there is some really bad acting was bearable at the beginning due to the script, but not anymore...it's just kind of an embarrasment. It could have been fantastic if the focus had stayed on the character development.

And yes, Bacon, the Religion episode was retarded. Mostly because religion played, like, NO part in the series before or after. It was introduced for one episode so they could do a bunch of songs about it. That's what they do with everything. The worst one had to be the Britney Spears episode, though. Suddenly these kids are using Britney to justify everything and they're all obsessed with her, even though she was never mentioned before, and after that episode it's completely dropped.

So yeah. Sue is great, Matthew Morrison is great but his character is getting really shitty writing now...Most of the adults are good actors though.

Also-Glee sux, and my drama teacher made us watch it last year. The songs aren't half bad but I would rather just listen to the originals.
Plus Also-it really is degrassi mixed with glee and a little bit of House(Sue) mixed in.

Now that we went there, can we please turn the car around? I left the oven on. :c
