It was a good episode.
It was kinda...corny in parts, like when Kurt said "Make your own orchestra! IN YOUR HEAD!". And stuff like that. I guess they were trying to be all theatrical because they were in New York.
And the "Date" with Finn and Rachel was kinda trite.

EDIT: But it looks like Blaine and The Dancing Asian are going to be ungraded main characters.

Well that's stupid.

They write in his character and try to make him such a big deal this past season, and now he'll just be relegated to guest appearances? I can't figure these writers out. The actor must be wanting to move onto other things.

Bought myself the first season DVD set.

I would stop with the first Season. The second Season was just plain bad aside from all of The Warblers' performances. And maybe Rachel's cover of "Rolling In The Deep". It just had so many glaringly flawed character traits, even for highschoolers, and instead of character development we got severe cases of character regression.

Season 2 was just bad. It had it's good moments, one episode in particular I could relate to, but for the most part, avoid. Season 1 should have been the end, even if they didn't "win" in the end, it still had one of those sappy moral of the story moments, "you can still win when you're with people you love even in losing."

Season 3 from what I've read so far looks like it's going to continue on a downward curve. So many awkward choices being made. I don't even know why Mike Chang, The Dancing Asian, even is there anymore. He does nothing. And his dancing has become the same 10 moves in different repetitions. The other Asian, Tina, needs to go too. Mercedes annoys the hell out of me and Lauran or whoever needs to vanish too. The writers really don't know how to write young people.
