Well, believe it or not, that's because the guy delivered a grand total of 11 issues in 11 YEARS. That's right, the guy is such a sloth that he does things when it suits him, and quite often prefers to coast on his "reputation".
Compare Rob Liefeld of Marvel and Image comics fame, who produced issues so late it became a running gag, and the whole Duke Nukem Forever story, where the game was stuck in limbo for a decade and more. At least their original products before the long stalls were hot and popular, whereas Chris-chan is just that full of himself. And whereas Liefeld produces work every once in a while, and Duke Nukem is coming out this year (finally!!), Sonichu is still suffering from a massive schedule slip.
That's how bad it is, people, that's how bad it is. It's inevitable that CWC get *some* improvement after so long, but had he worked on the daisies comic more regularly, his artwork might actually become tolerable.
But that's not irks me right now, people, oh no. I don't believe it took me so long to get it, but I did.
CWC and his posse are epically lousy 'superheroes'.
Think about it; can you name out of the issues and stories thus far, any arc or image that dealt with actually saving normal joe schmoes from danger, aside from the first issue (Sonic #0)? No seriously. Take your time. Read through this thread, or read through the archives at CWCpedia.
If you don't want to waste time, here's the answer: NO. He actually doesn't do a single bit of saving anyone. Instead, it's the villains who are the ones picking on him and him particularly. Even when Chris-Chan is saving someone, it's Crystal, who is for all intents and purposes an idealized version of himself with an X instead of a Y chromosome - or she's the representation of his idealized daughter that is the root of his "want white woman" deal. Let that sink in.
Compare actual comic book or video game heroes - the ones who are actually heroes. Link saves Zelda because she's in trouble, and saving her saves the Kingdom because Ganon's a power-mad douchebag. Sonic is a grade-A jerk with an insufferable attitude - but at least he regularly goes out and kicks booty to save his friends because they're his friends, not because he owes them anything. Superman, Batman, etc... may have villains who fight them for personal reasons (Lex Luthor) or because it's fun (the Joker), but you can find at least one frame per issue where a comic book hero is stopping a mugging or pulling a family out of a burning house.
In Sonichu? None of this exists. It's either the villains messing with Chris-Chan (Love Quest, Anchuent Prophecy), insulting his friends (4 Cent Garbage saga, Asperpedia Four, Blake's first appearances), etc... And that first scene in Sonichu? It's just to show that "yeah, he's a hero", but I'm guessing it's supposed to mean "Oh look! Sonichu is awesome!"

EDIT: Hell, even fucking POKEMON has heroic stories. Hero goes out to explore world, does things, runs into Team Rocket/Magma/Aqua/Galactic/whatever, realizes "hey wait a second, these jerks are gonna hurt everyone!" and goes out to kick booty because it's the right thing to do or because if s/he doesn't, they're going to destroy/take over the world. The contests take a back seat until the bad guys are beaten and their organizations dismantled.
