I don't think Terezi is actively curing herself, because she's made it clear before that she likes being blind.

Which means it's the wicked elixer, or it could be that since eventually troll's iris' fill with blood, she could be hitting that point and it's somehow helping her regain her sight.

She could have changed her mind about enjoying her blindness.

But I think the much more likely explanation is that she drank so much Faygo, it's changing her eye color purely by saturation.

It took me a moment to realize that there was something off about the picture. I completely forgot her eyes are supposed to be red.
