i think why people find it weird that boners have sexuality is because they're seen as the most pure and innocent creatures out of everything in....whatever land they live in.

especially in the early gens.

Any show that demonstrates parents and children as part of its world structure implies procreation - thus implying sex and sexuality.

Causal logic.

It's one thing if it's like that in the show. It's another if some heretic goes "Look at that pony. I bet she likes dick."

In my opinion anybody who talks like that is a moron anyway - regardless of whether it's ponies they're talking about.

I think it's far too late to do anything about it in FIM but I wish there were humanoid characters (e.g witches, gnomes, fairies, etc) in the show like the eariler gens.

It would add more variety to the show's cast and it would at least answer for things like human sized beds, benches, trains, etc.

Sexuality+Show for little girls+characters who look and act like little girls (as far as I know, don't watch the show)+paedophilia paranoia=?
Doesn't justify judging someone based on their fetish but I can understand why people are weirded out by it.
Besides, procreation isn't necessarily sexual in a fictional setting.

its entirely possible that because its a magical childrens show universe, baby boners that magically match their parents' genetics are brought by the stork whenever a pair of boners love each other enough and want babies

Wow, I started watching season 2 now and it is pure gold so far, even though I didn't particularly liked the 2-parter at the beginning. Best episode I've seen: Twilight gets a nervous breakdown. Best episode. No competition.

Personally I found him rather enjoyable, I love those trickster types, especially when they can do that type of stuff.

I think it was anti-climactic when he died/was defeated. They could've done more, I think.

True, I'll accept that he wasn't exactly expecting it to work that time. Honestly he though AJ was still a liar until the magic started working.

Speaking of Discord, John de Lancie has said he's recorded another episode of MLP. I really hope it covers the first time Discord was defeated by Celestia and Luna. That would be preeetty cool.

That sound pretty cool. Another episode with Discord is definitely an awesome thing to see.
