I didn't do any riding; mostly cleaning. Man, horses can poop. It was still really fun, just a lot of physical work.

well in the original(he loves to use the word)., he was both the mayor and the gym leader
have him be the gym leader then bitch his way to mayor(after being defeated quite easily of coarse)

you can have one of us make a cameo as a trainer beating the ever loving shit out of chris the gym leader

Rotom as a sidekick sounds good. It's just that Pokemon can't be Pokemon Trainers. As to the problem of a Gym Leader, vealin is right in saying that Chris declared himself Leader of CWCille.

So perhaps have him staging a hostile takeover of the Gym as well as the city?
