But Im saying that in the storyboard he seems suprised that he's not actually Jake's brother and Jake's dad is not actually his dad.

i think he's kind of in denial or something

or he thinks knowing who his real family are will make jake and jake's parents not seem like his family anymore

maybe that's why they didn't use it? because they realized they already had it play out?

Maybe Finn just accepts the fact that he is adopted, and that Jakes parents were just as good as biological parents.

Some adopted kids are like this, when you are raised by someone whom cares about you why should you concern yourself about whom your real parents might be till your old enough to be able to handle it.

I never really get tired of looking at this map.
