They went way overboard with the overprotectiveness, and not really in a funny way either, more cringe-inducing. I mean, come on. "I forget to tell her, if she wants to get a spoon, she has to open the drawer first"? There's concern, and then there's thinking that her sister is a drooling imbecile.

I did find it funny that they cut off their song.

Haha, yeah, that was good. Especially since, as it started, I thought "Huh? This is occasion for a song? Really?" Then it immediately got shut down. "Huh, alrighty then!"

I enjoyed this week's episode a lot more than I expected. I actually giggled throughout and I thought Pinkie and Maud's relationship was sweet.

Aww, this episode was cute! I like how Maud was portrayed at the end, so she didn't seem like a completely flat character.

And her poetry was hilarious.

Great episode, I like how Maud turned out this episode.

So, does this mean certain stones are edible in Equestria? With the rock candy made of rock and Maud eating a rock and all. Even in Season 3, Twilight seemed to mention about Jewel Cakes sounding delicious in the JFS episode.

I absolutely adored last Saturday's episode. Definitely one of my favorite of the season. That part where it zooms in on Maud as she says "They're all about rocks" was brilliant.

I especially liked that Applejack was the one who had to break the news to Pinkie when everyone else couldn't because she's the Element of Honesty.

New episode of MLP today was pretty good. I definitely liked it, but it could have been improved with more Luna.

I liked this week's episode, and it's nice to see more Luna.

But how did she about Sweetie Belle's 5th birthday? Wasn't she stuck on the moon at the time?

Luna can enter other's dreams, so in a sense she's mind-reading. Doesn't seem too farfetched to me that she could (spiritually) time-travel too and project the past or future into someone's dreams.

Idk I'm just guessing at this point.

You guys forgot that Apple Bloom showed up in the very first episode and she was the same age as she is in the rest of the series (the same age as the rest of the CMC), so it's likely that looking into the memories of boners while in the dream realm or whatever it is is just another one of Luna's powers.

Why are there so many sick boners in Ponyville?

Also, Flim and Flam make some pretty catchy songs.

Next week's episode is going to be about Rainbow testing to get into the Wonderbolts Reserves. I know it's just the reserves, but an episode that's dedicated to her trying to finally accomplish her dream in some way feels like it has a degree of finality to it and it makes me kind of nervous for some reason.

Don't worry. A fifth season has already been ordered.
