So yes, it is just a very dark tan, and she was confused when she said she couldn't get a tan. What she meant was that she couldn't get sunburn or any tanner than she already is.

Well considering this is an 88 page topic and there's a cwc wiki and a sonichu animated series and multiple remakes of the original comics...
