AWKWARD ZOMBIE

I am enjoying Varrick an immense ammount this season. He's been getting some very interesting character development and I am really curious how they'll factor it in with him inevitably meeting up with Ju-Lee and Republic City no doubt being attacked. Definitely my favourite character this season. He's even allowing Bolin to actually interact with the plot, instead of just being someone everyone ignores.

I'm extremely glad they actually did something with his lavabending, and didn't just leave it to "Well that was a convenient way to deal with the plot last season, but now what?!" It's becoming a part of his "thing" which makes him a hell of a lot more 3 dimensional.

I really want for Varrick to just be playing a super long con and ends up usurping power from kuvira

But would Varrick have the patience to deal with actually being in charge of something that big? I mean, obviously he is more than capable of being a manipulative and greedy character, but acquiring a company is a lot different than acquiring an actual empire. Plus, I doubt Mike and Bryan would come up with something that clever and unexpected.

i'm 90% sure zhu li is just playing kuvira in order to gives varrick the chance to escape, she's dealt with his shit pretty handily and he does show some real consideration for it, guy named a boat after her, i mean he's kind of a dick but he clearly cares on some level about people

the real question is when the fuck are korra and asami gonna hook up i mean come on just do it it's not like you can get canceled twice

Season 3 did so well to us. It feels like Korra's character arc just never does anything to her personality.

Korra's changed a lot over the four seasons, the issue is they seem reluctant to give her a situation to USE that character development.
