The Amy and Rory loss episode was laughable at best

What? no, it was pretty emotional and heart-wrenching... if you somehow managed to look past the glaring plot holes and general stupidity of the main characters. Seriously, it could have been avoided with some time travel and a fake tombstone

If by emotional and heart-wrenching you mean emotionally manipulative to a downright insulting level. And no, you can't look past the glaring plot holes and utter idiocy that fills Angels Take Manhattan. I believe I brought up the thing about a fake tombstone earlier; if not, someone else did. The saddest thing about Angels Take Manhattan was seeing just how far Steven Moffat's writing skills had gone downhill. As likable as Amy and Rory were(yes, I think Amy is a likable character), their exit was about as tear-jerking as, well, the 10th Doctor's regeneration.

If it wasn't more or less shoved in the last 5 minutes of the episode it probably would have been better.

The Statue of Liberty is a weeping angel. No, the episode would not have been any better.

Because apparently copper is now the same thing as stone, according to Moffat. And considering just how many things hold the image of the Statue of Liberty, we should have an all out apocalypse on our hands. Come to think of it, the Statue never really did anything, did it? All it did was suddenly appear next to the Winter Quay and look silly.

It killed the guy in the beginning of the episode I think.

But yeah, as you said, it's complete bullshit that the statue is a weeping angel for a thousand reasons, like that it even back then should have never been able to move around because the chance that at any point in time not a single person in the vicinity is looking at it is pretty much 0, even in the middle of the night.
Which diminishes even further once it takes its first step and thousands of people get woken up and think there's an earth quake.

Not to mention the fact that the Angels suddenly gain and lose powers between episodes.

Blink: Send people back in time with a touch, turn to stone involuntarily as a defense mechanism
Two parter: Send nobody back in time, break necks, take control of some dude's spirit to talk through him, any image of an angel becomes an angel, can somehow plant images in people's brains
Manhattan: Send people back in time again, break no necks, and can somehow turn any other statue into an angel, lose the any image thing.

Amy and Rory's companion goodbye was the worst out of all of them. I don't count Martha since she left voluntarily.

I think it was said in the episode with the neck breaking that they were too weak to do their time zapping. I think the only reason they were even able to start moving again was the residual time travel energy the Doctor has on him at all times as a frequent time traveler.

Yeah, they actually explained the neck-breaking stuff. That's why the Time of Angels/Flesh and Stone story isn't absolute bullshit. Though the whole thing about "moving like you can see" had me raising an eyebrow.

Mind you, the angels have always had problems. There are a ton of holes in Blink, but the reason Blink is considered an amazing episode is because it makes up for its mistakes, unlike Manhattan.
