I've disliked a lot of actual Deadpool comics because of the terrible inconsistent way he's been written. He was very much a product of the 90s and often no one actually knew what to do with him. But regardless I hope they can make a good and more importantly fun movie with him.

GotG was sick as hell! It was awesome. I kept laughing and I teared up a few times! So so so much fun.

I also saw The Raid today! What an awesome action movie. Great choregraphy during the fights! It's pretty violent so if that's not your cup of tea you might wanna skip it. But it's really good.

Watched a Korean film called The Face Reader (might be translated as "Physiognomy" elsewhere. Don't know.)
If you like historical dramas, whoa man, this is good.

GotG totally ripped off the ending to Chicken Little.

Bratty, noisy children could not ruin my enjoyment of Guardians of the Galaxy. Too many good moments to recount and it's been out too long to really gush about it so yeah I liked it.

I watched The November Man. It was an alright movie. I'd seen the reviews and all the scores its gotten, but I didn't really care; I was looking for something action-y to watch and I got it. My main gripe is that they were huge fans of the "Hit this person from behind a corner while they're coming this way" trick. They did that about 3 or 4 times, I think.

The same night, right afterwards, I went and saw Guardians of Galaxy for the second time. I know it was Labor Day Weekend and all, but I was amazed that the theater was packed a month after its release. It's awesome, but at the same time it has me worried about Ant-Man. Guardians showed that Marvel could do stories about the weird heroes, but then we have Ant-Man where Edgar Wright is off the project, then after that news was info about how it had several rewrites already... If it doesn't do as well, it could make it look like Guardians was nothing but a fluke.

I justed watched American Psycho, Fight Club and Las Vegas Parano those three days. Those are great movies, but I'm beginning to feel weird from seeing them in a row. I mean, they're pretty messed up movies after all.
