Also without "smaller on the outside" technology. That thing is huge.

I think I might finish 'The Ribos Operation' or start Androzani, and then look for 'Genesis of the Daleks' online considering it's not on Netflix.

I will agree that his ideas are usually too big for the amount of episode time he has, so things often seem rushed or are concluded unsatisfyingly.

You know what would fix this? Not making the conscious decision not to do any more two parters.
Because, you know, who needs time to build up a setting and plot and give adequate time to explanation, action and resolution? Certainly not Moffat, the God Of Writing.

Rewatching some Seventh Doctor stories. Hands down one of the best Doctors.

If further evidence is required, then so be it.

Fact: no other Doctor has ever gone on to be as awesome as fuck as #7

Okay, so the Cold War is the best episode so far this half of the series. Absolutely brilliant episode. It was great to see the Ice Warriors again, and their reintroduction was handled beautifully.

Yes, I really liked this one. Very old Doctor-ish. Last week not so much.

My first and only thought during this whole episode was "No fucking way a submarine is THAT spacious"

Aside from the usual TV trickery I don't have much to say

Rewatching The Unicorn and the Wasp.

Catherine Tate is amazing in this episode. Just brilliant. Some of the best Donna moments come from this episode.

Agatha Christie is interrogating the Unicorn and Donna's comment nearly kills me every time. It's just the way she says it, and the face she makes. It's great.

"Oh, I know this one! If she were really posh, she would have said 'loo'."

One hour until new Who!

Also yes, I agree, Donna was amazing. And I really liked that episode because of the real world unexplained disappearance of Agatha Christie.
