My favorite part was when Spider-Man said, "I had a father. His name was Ben Parker," and then the Green Goblin was all like, "Godspeed, Spider-Man," and then his glider flew towards Spider-Man but then Spider-Man did a back-flip over it and then the Green Goblin was all like, "Oh!" and then he got impaled by his own glider.

Clearly you are watching the inferior Spider-Man, Terra.

Disney showed a storyboard of Life's Too Short from Frozen

To add a scene like that would totally have made Frozen feel like Broadway musical. Like the movie itself was stuck at 75%, but that would have made it go the whole way.

That song is terrible. They have enough cutesy catchy songs. Where's the proper villain song? Where's the song where Elsa is actually going mad from being afraid of herself?

This movie was lacking in depth.

The villain was that other dude though, who did that one thing no one will stop quoting about...

I agree that Life's Too Short wouldn't have added anything to Frozen, but I don't think that makes it a terrible song. It still sounds pleasant, if a bit rough around the edges. I happen to like it, it's fun to sing it with my sister.

And he totally lacked a proper villain song, and presence.

[edit: realised how rude I sounded]
My standards are super high. I can rant at length in detail about why I don't like it, how it could have been better and why the music in particular is weak. But I know that wont convince anyone to dislike it. No more than anyone else will convince me it's good.

I think Frozen could have benefitted from some reprises especially dark or sad reprises in some cases in the mid-section, but maybe that's because I'm a sucker for that sort of thing in movies.

Yes, that exactly. There was one reprise and it wasn't particularly memorable. Reprises are great because they tie the musical themes together, and subsequently the story.

Look at Beauty and the Beast. Belle's 'what I want in life' song was a reprise of 'That Belle'. There was a bridge in 'That Belle' which was repeated as the bridge of 'Something There' which is important because in the first bridge she's singing about her story book which is about a prince that's in disguise and then in 'Something there' the song is about discovering the person Beast really is.

Even Gaston gets a reprise of his own song when he is plotting Maurice's downfall.

I've heard the name of the movie "Body Double" and I am interested. Anyone can tell me if it's an interesting/ fun movie?
