The doughnuts are just hidden inside the rice balls.

Why are they called rice balls? They are clearly Triangular prisms.

And words. They take Kanji and English words off all the time.

Out of all the stupid and downright insulting changes 4kids has made with their dubbings, the rice ball thing is one of the least stupid.

It is just localization, guys. It's no different than how Phoenix Wright apparently takes place in America according to the translation despite the fact it clearly does not. It isn't like the fact that they are eating rice balls is crucial to the story.

Although, I admit, just calling it a doughnut and not even bothering to change how they actually look is pretty daisies stupid and lazy.

4Kids does some stupid stuff.

To be more accurate, it is called "nori". Nori is dried seaweed which is really rich in several minerals and vitamins which is essensial for the human body.

it is called kim here in korea

we call it Nori, vell, not that Riceballs are that common here in North



Don't come to Norway and say that you like to eat kim. people would think you were a cannibal because Kim, is a male name.

it's a common last name here in korea too
