Sorry, but as a 20 something Internet person, I am no longer allowed to be optimistic and positive about anything, as well as obligated to try and ruin it for everyone else. Its like a law or something

I don't know whether they didn't name some of the puns or I just didn't hear them, but upon seeing certain parts of the movie I immediately made my own puns. White water rapids. Piedra. Meatbalrus (though they did later call them by name, balrus. Was there anything that made you immediately think of a pun of your own?

Not really, we were too busy maniacally giggling at all of the puns they were making. There were moments where we were trying to figure out the pun associated with each situation, but sadly none were made. Like was there ever an established pun for the cheeseburger spider thing?

I dunno, I guess spider and burger both end in -er, so they thought cheese spider was good enough of a name?
When I saw the pickles with spears, I thought "Oh, PIKE-les" and was disappointed when they were just pickles.

Just saw The Shining for the first time, as a part of a "classics" series AMC theatres are doing. I feel hypnotized.

The Shining completely changed the way I looked at horror movies.

That is, it made me realize that pretty much all of them sucked in comparison.

I dont like the movie when held against the book, it changes the characters too much, but on its own, its a really creepy movie. A lot of older horror movies have a way of ruining modern ones

I saw Spring Breakers. It was pretty excellent and not just because of the tiddies.
