So after the latest episode, the show is taking a break for several months... even though we already had two smaller hiatuses this season. At least we got two previews from SDCC:

Hiatus is over, new episodes again. Sweet!

Though, they probably should be spacing these Rarity episodes better, as we're getting two more after the last one.

So the CMC finally got their cutie marks.

FFS Hasbro, why did you have to turn this episode into a musical?

Welp, I binge-watched all the seasons that were available on netflix.....now where do i watch technicolor equines of the small persuasion

I haven't seen a single episode where there were multiple songs that wasn't awesome.

Crusaders of the Lost Mark and Pinkie Pride are two of my all time favorite episodes. And while I feel Magical Mystery Cure should've been a 44 minute episode the songs were AMAZING.

Season 5 has now officially ended. Here's hoping Season 6 comes soon, considering all the waiting we had to do during this one. (We talked surprisingly little about this season, though)

So I guess Starlight is good now, and might become part of the Mane 6. Also, what happened to Twilight and Spike in those doomed timelines, anyway? WHY DIDN'T THEY EXPLAIN?!?!

Season 6 has been pretty solid so far, nothing much outstanding but generally good. Ember, the new lady dragon from the last episode, is rapidly overtaking the fandom.
