while I agree that the zelda series needs a change, it should not go futuristic, maybe a turn-based RPG ala mario RPG

And yeah, it just looks like a collab of futuristic artwork, the only thing that even resembled Zelda was a picture of Link and a clearly made up logo. The fact you don't find the name of the speakers or see them also puts a nail in this coffin.

Please...no. but I heard that that was untrue, and that the next LoZ game takes place right after TP, where Link searches for his parents and another portal to the twilight realm.

That would be hard, since as far as my loose grasp on the Zelda timeline goes, there are a bunch of different Links from different time periods that somehow are all seem exactly alike.

they are exactly alike because they are the reincarnation of the previous Link, but there are some Links that are in multiple games. Like WW link is the same as the PH Link and OOT Link is the same as MM Link.
