You have chosen to rule over the AZtecs with an iron fist

Now, you have several choices to make
What do we build first?
Where do we send our unit to explore and conqur

What technology do we research?
EDIT: Now that I think about it, not everyone has played Civ 5 and probably doesn't know what this shit does
A Worker will make improvements within your borders (that little outline)
Scouts ignore the effects of terrain (meaning they can move through anything at normal speed) and have improved sight range. On the other hand, they suck at combat
Jaguars fight really well in jungles (of which there are none around) and heal themselves when they kill another unit. They are good at combat early game
Monuments improve the city's Culture, which allows its borders to expand faster and gets you Social Policies to improve the civilization
Pottery allows you to build a Granary in your cities, which improve the Food, giving you more Citizens. Citizens are the number next to the city name. Without enough citizens, the city can't use the stuff within its borders effectively
Animal Husbandry reveals Horses on the map (which are needed to build certain units) and allows you to make pastures on tiles with sheep or cows. There are none around right now.
Archery allows you to build Archers, which are really good early military units.
Mining allows you to build mines.
Additionally, we have some Luxury resources near the city (the gems). Building a mine on this will greatly improve the civilization's Happiness (leading to Golden Ages and Food bonuses)
I think that's everything
