Oh, I also should add Monster Hunter for the PSP here. Fucking piece of shit wyverns and oh god that damned Azure Rathalos. Made me throw the game into a corner and I never want to play it ever again

Aaand of course I need to add Heroes of Mana. The only thing which didn't made me add it to the last games I'm going to mention is simply because I just love this series so much, so as much as I hate it, there is one small piece of me which doesn't want to give up on it. Even when the lore is raped to oblivion. But yeah. Horrible, horrible game.

The biggest pieces of shit I ever played are Breath of Fire and Jade Cocoon though. They are even worse than any movie game (and just yesterday I had to play Up), and they are just so horrible that you are begging for someone to kill you because you can't bear this horrible pain of a game anymore.

A lot of the Digimon Street Fighter-style fighting games were pretty awful.

Turok on the GameCube put me off ever buying a Turok game ever again.

At first I thought it was just impossible

then I got one of the weapons and was like

this is easy

FFVIII before I realized enemies scale as you level, but the formula is so screwed up that the more you level, the more they get stronger than you exponentially. Once you hit the end game bosses that can smear you with one blow and it's too late to restart then the definition of frustration is learned and embodied.

Final Fantasy X-2. The gameplay was actually really, really good, but I couldn't believe I found a game with worse story and voice acting than Sonic.

This. I grinded so much and got stuck in the ship with Squall and Rinoa, she was too weak and Squall couldn't beat the fuckers alone.

And yes. I knew how to KILL them.

If popular internet opinion tells me anything, I'm going to get flamed to hell for this, but Bayonetta. Never before have I been so angry while playing a game.

Also, Final Fantasy XI, because groups.

I haven't played Bayonetta for over a year, but I got halfway through on non-stop climax and didn't find it to be THAT hard.
