ok I'm in Windows 8 right now and want to make this thread, but image hosting is f'ed up right now (heh but spellcheck works on the new IE)
EDIT: back in 7 and ready!

hmm. It seems I have a convenient partition drive "X"

it also seems I have a convenient ISO disk for WINDOWS 8 (dev preview)

yup gonna use this.

so the desktop is pretty much the same, only that weird menu was "metro", or what is now the "Start" button

WHAT DO YOU MEAN I CAN'T GET A HIGHER RESOLUTION THAT THAT?!

now the viewer choices...

you can get it for free, but I'm doing the LP, to people can see the new OS without going through tearing their system apart and installing a half built OS.

it's the same as 7, but this is a pre-alpha build, so no guarentees.
