Plasma Pong is pretty fun. Also crazy as hell to look at, or at least when I play, since it runs faster than the video shows.

I'd post a link to the website but it's pretty much dead because of copyright issues with atari or something. look around though, and you can probably find it.

I actualy bought an Xbox 360 indie game and it was goooooooood. its called protect the princeses(i think) but has japenies characters for the title of it. $3 well spent. I love 8 bit games, and it was.
