Friend Codes (Awkward Zombie):

4641-0403-3029 = DoNotDelete (UK)
0689-6710-9180 = Le Great Handsome Oppressor (France)
5156-4334-0607 = epiclulz120 (USA)

Post your Friend Codes in the thread and I'll add them here when I can.

If people from other sites I'm on want me to add their codes here I might do that too, and I'll put your codes on those other sites if that's okay with you guys.

Maybe we can pool our Friend Codes and make things a bit more interesting.

Original post:

So this Wii game is getting a US release (Kotaku Link).

The exact date hasn't been announced yet - expect that from E3 or something.

Playable character list (Wikipedia Link):

I remember playing this at my friend's house and it was very fun, good to see it is coming to NA. But anyone that may want this game should really have a gamecube or classice controller, the way to play this with the Nunchuk is just not right.
I kinda lost the interest after a my friend played it constantly for a month and started to do infinite combos on me and dodge every single hadouken of mine.
Still, I may get this game.
He is just the final boss in Arcade Mode, he isn't a playable character. He is a cheap bastard by the way. If it is of your interest, you can see his 3 forms here.
Actually, he is just the final boss in Arcade Mode, he isn't a playable character. He is a cheap bastard by the way. If it is of your interest, you can see his 3 forms here.

Y'know, thanks. I mean final bosses shouldn't be a surprise. Please spoil some more final bosses for me.
Andross is really just a giant brain. Sin is really your father, Jecht. Zant was actually being controlled by Ganondorf and you have to face him. Count Bleck is almost killed by Dimentio and uses Luigi and the Chaos Heart to make Super Dimentio.
Why don't we just get rid of surprises in general. Who needs quality entertainment?

You probably should have put some of that in spoilers, some of us haven't played these games. Hopefully, by the time I actually play Super Paper Mario, I'll have forgotten what you said.

And, yeah, Riodsey. That could have gone in spoilers, too.

Oh God, sorry about that :psyduck: I thought that since the Yami name was in the list it didn't matter. Sorry again, I will edit the previous posts with spoiler tags.
Okami was a brilliant game. Yami as a final boss was a very delightful experience that I would have never guessed in a million years. It was an odd design that was so simple and yet so complex and deadly. I was sitting on an arsenal of power-ups and such the entire game and I got to use them on this fight and I still needed help beating him. A thousand times during the game I thought it was over but then "OH SORRY KEEP GOING." Okami is brilliant.
I apologize for my massive spoiling (some of my spoilers weren't very current and some were too current). The point I wanted to make is that games have evolved beyond the days of you playing simply for some mindless entertainment. Whether you're playing a fighting game or the latest Final Fantasy, the unexpected should remain unexpected so that when you play for yourself it's a delightful surprise. This doesn't apply to a lot of things, but I feel that anything regarding the ending of a game should be secret and locked away from human eyes until they experience it themselves.

^ Yeah, I got the message, I see your point and I agree too. I'll be sure to don't do that again next time. Sorry any inconvenience I made, again. :psyduck:

Wait, what issue is that? I don't remember seeing that one in the latest issue of Nintendo Power.

I dunno - I heard it on another forum and posted it here like a good citizen.

Also, sorry for spoilers.

I should take some, if not all the blame for posting character details without using the spoiler thing.

This is from Nintendo Power, right? But not the June issue. Weird.

Cool, though! I'm going to play as Viewtiful Joe!

It looks like Tatsunoko vs. Capcom in North America won’t be identical to its Japanese counterpart. It seems that some characters will likely have to be cut because of licensing issues. However, Capcom intends to keep the game balanced, which means that characters who don’t make it will have to be replaced with new ones. Where these characters will come from is unknown. Maybe they’ll add some Tatsunoko characters that are more well-known to Western audiences, such as Speed Racer.

Capcom is still aiming for a winter release.
