By last hope I mean if Zelda Wii U is a disappointment, I'm buying a PS4 and apologizing to Sony for leaving them for Nintendo. Or just accepting PC as the true master race, 100%, and burning all my consoles in a fire.

Honestly, I'd rather see Retro work on Star Fox. They made their mark on Metroid already, i'd love to see them try something new.
