It's a fun game but each in-game age may as well be an actual age.

I used only Napoleon in Civ Revolution on PS3. I still doesn't have all the gold (I think there is platinum but I don't remember) medal for him, so I don't change character XP

Other than that, I've began Civ Beyond Earth and the Pacifist ending is just impossible. I didn't even won one time... Its not my fault if I can't make an army and crush everyone TT-TT

I got Civ V at 75% off for the linux release, I was super into it for like 2 weeks and then stopped playing.
It's hard deciding on which victory I want. When I was ruling as Genghis Khan, I was aiming to go for the war victory, but then turned out all that research I was putting into missiles is good for rockets too. So I collected the rocket parts, nuked everyone and flew into space

I havent played in a while. I still have civ v on steam. I might wait until the expansions go on sale to get back into it.

A few day ago, the complete edition was I think $12.5 on Steam? I bet the sale will come up again soon, since Steam sales tend to repeat their daily deals.

Apparently your civilization destroys itself and leaves only a few statue fragments if someone else has a bunch of tourists in their country.

I've had this game for a year now and keep on lacking time to play it as much as I'd like. Doesn't help that one game lasts about as long as monopoly.

Glorious Daimyo Oda Shoolisnaga continues his glorious conquest of the world.

Man other civilizations are really touchy for some reason. I take over one continent through force and destroy 2 civilizations in the process and suddenly I'M the bad guy.

I always used Egypt. Get that oh so sweet World Wonder bonus and build the Pyramid, followed by Monarchy and win with a cultural victory nearly instantly.
