Two masterpiece merged together can't be a bad idea, can it?

First real trial and one of the eye-witness is called Kira. Kira = Murderer. Not suspicious at all.

The Europeans are having a giggle at our expense right now.
Actually I'm a bit surprised that a thread wasn't made back during the European release.

As I said before, it slightly irks me that during the delay in NA release the developers didn't even bother to alter at least Nick and Maya's dialogue to be more Americanized. I don't have a problem with British English but Phoenix Wright saying "defence" is a bit off colour.

Ha, "colour", I made a funny.

Anyway, to those on the other side of the pond, how many Special Episodes and special art unlockables have you seen as of yet? We Americans only have one Special Episode and three special art unlockables at release.

I just got to the second (third if you count the prologue) case of the game.

The victim... SOLID GOLD PIMP LAYTON WHAT was very surprising.

I wish I could take screenshots of my 3DS because Phoenix's line of "I thought I was the one who was well known for pointing like that..." while standing next to a solid gold statue of Layton pointing dramatically had me laughing for a good 5 minutes.

Aquabat, I'm with you on the NA delay thing. If they didn't actually change anything from the European version (dialogue aside, they usually redub Luke with a different actor for the NA version as well), then why did it take so long to get here?

It's very... puzzling.

Just upload it to Miiverse :p

And then I regret I quoted you. :shakefist: Spoiler that show in the quote. :shakefist:

I don't even know how Miiverse works. Mostly because I don't have wifi and can't even use Miiverse aside from the laptop.

My reaction to the end of case 3 was basically one huge amorphous noise. I know that she's not really dead but dang if that cutscene wasn't intense.

Also, I'm thinking it's pretty obvious that High Inquisitor Darklaw is actually Bezella. There's probably something like a plan where the Storyteller is planning to end the Story with her death, but she plans to hijack the story in order to create another Legendary Fire or something, and rebuild the world of Labyrinthia to her liking.

A fantastic game I'm pop flyin' to have picked up. Given it's part Ace Attorney which is one of my favorite series. But does anyone else feel silly with the coin and hidden puzzles?

"Oh, this big event just happened, we better act quickly!"
[Coin searching intensifies.]

It's an integral part of the Layton series, and a little exploration doesn't hurt.

Gosh I really want to get this game! I don't have time to play it though. I'm still trying to play through Fire Emblem without resetting every time one person dies.

Oh, I don't mean that I dislike the aspect of puzzle and coin finding. But rather how the characters would react while something important's going on and you're (as whichever character) busy waving your magnifying glass around in search.
