AWKWARD ZOMBIE

So, there's an HD remake with steam-invite multiplayer capability on Steam, and it's on sale right now for 15 bucks. If anybody has it, or wants to have it, I'd love to play! I play with Dark pretty regularly as a team.

For those who don't know, Age of Mythology is the third "Age of Empires" game, released between Age of Empires 2 and 3, but chronologically taking place between the first and second games (as the first one was set during the stone age and the second is set during the middle ages.)

It's an RTS featuring four ancient civilizations, each of which have three major Gods you can select for worship at the start of the game. The civilizations all play very differently, and you age up by selecting a new minor god to offer fealty to in exchange for new myth units (super powerful or unique monsters used for combat) from your chosen society. For example, worshiping Bast, the cat-headed Egyptian goddess, allows you to spawn and upgrade Sphinxes for use in warfare.

I'm not going to buy the game again, but if anyone's interested I'm up for some action in the original on Gameranger or something.

I have it but I almost never play online multiplayer because I kinda suck, haha. I mostly just derp around the single player modes.

so am i dont worry, wry is pretty good at it. i get so rusty with that game.

also yes i play with wry a lot so i am down to play if someone else wants to. WE WOULD ENJOY OTHERS CHALLENGES.

I used to be pretty alright at the original but I can't seem to get back into the swing of things with this one, though part of that may be that I haven't put much time into it yet. If everyone else (except Wry) isn't that good either I'd be down for some matches still. Or even if everyone else is way better than me and will just laugh as I get crushed repeatedly it should still be a good time. Guess I'll start practicing.
