First off, how has this thread not been made already?

Okay the demo is out, and holy hell you have to play it, its so awesome. If you don't have any games system that can run it, try to get it to run on your microwave. I assure you, it will be well worth the effort.

Hell yeah, did you see that part? Where you just dropped the guy, then you could just drop him on the other guy with the Batarang? Then you could just vly through the air, and kick that guy right in the head, then just punch him in the face while he was on the ground? Then those other guys just started crapping their pants, and firing when they heard a boiler go off? Then they started trying to get you around walls, but you were in the ceilinbg, and you just dropped down and punched the guy in the back of the head? Man, that was so awesome!

So, yeah. Game is coming out within a month, and it looks really totally awesome on so many different levels.. The combat, the hunting, the visuals, the voice acting, it all just seems so great, I honestly cannot stress enough how good this game is looking.

All voice acting is being done by the people from the animated series - that means its Mark Hammil as the Joker, and Kevin Conroy as Batman. The plot details The Joker being taken back to Arkham Asylumn, but quickly taking it over, taking all the guards, as well as Comissioner Gordon, hostage. guess who has to save them?

Also, you can play as The Joker in the Ps3 version.

My friend keeps showing me previews of it since like, April I think. Looks so awesome : D

Played a demo of it at a Walmart, really fluid combat but maybe a bit tedious.

The console demo actually fleshes out the stealth aspect more, its suprisingly rich and really really fun.

I played the demo. I was pleasantly surprised.

I played the demo for like, five minutes.
I punched some guys after punching some guys who came in after I punched some guys while punching some guys.

Man, if the game can induce such "omg i just ate 50 pixie stix and then played this game IT BLEW MY FUCKING MIND!!1" posts like that, I'm totally gonna play it.

Seriously though, it sounds good. Just your description... sounds like a kid who just discovered tits are good. DID YOU KNOW THEY'RE SQUISHY!? AND THEY ARE COVERED BY THESE SOFT THINGS CALLED BRAS THAT ATTACH WITH LITTLE CLIPPY THINGS?!!

Thats actually sorta what I was going for, this sense of pure excitement and conveying that the games quality is such that, despite my rather sizeable vocabulary and relatively articulate nature, I am unable to sufficiently convey the abjectly positive nature of my attitude towards the game following my experience with the demo. In hindsight, unless you had a more sizeable experience with me and the manner I ussually convey my feelings, I can see where the problems would come from
