I have no idea. I didn't get it until recently, and it simply... refuses to work. :| Maybe it is the latest patch, since I got it now?

It probably is a beef with the patch. I had to reinstall mine to get it to work; you should try that.

Theres a patch that lets you play w/o the cd.
