How did we not have this already?
The console versions of Arkham City came out today.
Oops I accidentally sixty-five dollars.

But anyway, I have good expectations for AC, considering how pleasantly surprised I was by AA (with the exception of pretty much every boss fight).

So...discuss, I guess?

I'll be picking it up later tonight before work.

Loved the first game, and this one seems better in every way.

I've played to the part where you go to Freeze's lab and find out he's in the museum, and I've really enjoyed it.
This game really takes everything in Asylum and improves it, in my opinion. I like the (relatively) open-endedness of the city setting, with all it's different 'zones' and such.
Also, all those side-quests hrrngh

I have no means/interest in playing, but I am watching a launch night LP of it (it is already completed) by DarkSydePhil. And for someone who doesn't really like Batman, it is pretty interesting.

Gotta say I loved the ending. Totally didn't see the twists coming and that last part was just a good finale.

Definitely recommend this

I wonder if they hid another easter egg towards another sequel.

DSP sucks at this game. It takes him forever to figure anything out, even if the hint/info is right on the screen. It is maddening to watch.
He was trying to do a Batarang puzzle for 10 minutes until he saw that it said you could brake the 'rang. Then he yelled that the game "Doesn't tell you anything"

Argh.

I'm having a lot of fun with it, but the AR Challenges remind me of the flight levels in Spyro in that that frustrated the hell out of me. The one with the Joker tunnel is just evil. The first time I tried it I saw the last ring at the end of the tunnel and I was like, you have got to be kidding me.

Finally got them all done this morning though. I hope to god there aren't any more lurking around :?

DAT ENDING.

I really, really think they're going for a trilogy here. You don't kill off the Joker and leave it that way.

Honestly a second game would be incredible though. Seriously best superhero game I have ever played, and very close to being one of the best games ever.

No idea, but holy shit, NG+ is tough as hell. Or at least it is when playing as Catwoman

NG is rough until you get used to watching enemy patterns.
