Run under it's legs and just slash at it, Sif is really easy.

Yeah, sif is pretty daisies easy, keep your shield up and hack his legs.
The fight gets easier after a bit.
Easier..but more depressing.

Apparently I just got invaded by a gravelord servant even though I wasn't human? Are there NPC gravelords that do that? I even saw the sign but didn't remember what it did and sometime later got the message that the disasters had ended

i dont think it should, you cant be invaded or anything if you arent human

So FUCK Sif. I decided to do the Depths first and then maybe Blighttown. I just couldn't keep up with his constant jumping and I can't block two 360 swings in a row.

I just used Crystal Homing Soul Mass and Crystal Soul Spear against him.

Duke's Archives to get those is a whole realm of bullshit on its own though. And the Crystal Cave if you're going for that delicious Blue Titanite Slab.

After the Capra demon, Darkroot Basin (Hydra & Butterfly), then I spent a while in the Gardens, opening that gate and whatnot. Now I'm against Gaping Dragon. SL 32 at the moment.

I looked through some general area guides and the Basin and Garden were somewhere there inbetween the Depths and Blighttown so I figured I'd beat Sif while I was at it.

You can. You can touch a gravelord sign while undead, and be infected while undead.

The infestations are supposed to work better, but i've yet to see a BP enemy yet.
