Lets try to do it without being silly.

Also we should try to keep it to characters who are well characterised, so no "My level 70 Night elf Priest who has the tiddies slider all the way down".

You've got The Boss, obviously. Faith from Mirrors Edge, Elena Fisher and the aforementioned Jade, of course.
