Any and all enemies that fly around en masse in a seemingly random direction in Kid Icarus. Christ, that second fortress was full of them, I hope the next ones aren't worse.

The scarabs from Metroid Prime. HATE those things so badly. You stand back and start hitting that A button like you've never hit it before, and then when you think every scarab is dead, you go around the corner they congregated at, then a freaking hidden one just EXPLODES IN YOUR FACE AND SCARES THE FECAL MATTER OUT OF YA

Best monster? The Smorg from Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door.

Scarabs? Tis nothing, those daisies Phazon light ball things in Metroid Prime 3 that were a bitch to kill and dodging their attack was worse :llll

actually, the worst game monster i've ever encountered are in metal gear two...poisonous Zanzibarland Hamsters...most stupid concept for a monster...ever...

Metroids and re-deads will forever give me nightmares.
In your cabana basement in windwaker you had to turn a corner after stairs and there was one there. Couldn't see the bloody thing and nearly peed my pants when it screamed at me. Didn't realise they were re-deads in Oot at first. Came up going "Hey! The villagers are still alive! Wait.. what the.. OH MY GOD!"

Oh, and Sho Minamimoto from the World ends with you has got to be one of the coolest bad guys ever. He Zetta rocks.

These damned armored Space Pirates in Metroid Zero Mission... Also The SA-X in fusion...

Re-deads from Ocarina of Time gave me fucking nightmares, and Cliff Racers are the incarnation of Hell in a videogame. As for the best enemy, the Land Dreugh in Oblivion is pretty wacky.

Ramirez final form from Skies of Arcadia looked pretty bad booty with his fused with Zelos body and whatnot. The Moon from Majora's Mask is pretty creepy too, I don't find much of Zelda scary, except for that 'Bottom of the Well" monster. Crimsonheads from Resident Evil 1 freak me out, so does that scary booty mutated girl that stumbles around by the Residents.

Funny bosses? Bad Girl from No More Heroes made me laugh a lot. I always got a kick out of the big mask thing in Sigma's fortress in MegamanX & X5.

Even though I nearly got raped by one in OoT, I'll forgive them.

eeek! haunting ground/demento has the freakiest boss ever, shes a weird robotic woman that chases you with a long pice of glass and spasms at mirrors while seriously creepy music is playing.
second to that can only be the crawling woman in fatal frame.

and of course redeads, i mean who wouldnt enjot being booty raped by dead/ not dead tomb lurkers?

The hawks from Ninja Gaiden are a giant bitch to avoid. Also any enemy in that game that decided to camp the edges.

Best would probably be Volvagia, whack a mole, dragon version

Worst is either Troggs(just pure hate for those things) or those evil books from Baten Kaitos, those things scared the crap outta me
