We also rescued a Worker from Barbarians. Seeing as it was from a City state you have taken it for yourself because fuck those guys. We need some goddamn improvements. What should the worker build? A mine on the Gems? Plantation on the Sugar? Pasture for the horses? Maybe a farm?
