They shoehorned Sonic into there, yeah, but at least it was on-topic after a while.
And then that train of thought careened into a warehouse full of terrifying CGI and set fire to all the computer generated babies.
It's OK, though.
They only feel simulated pain.

True, but at least that's a product aimed for children and the cereal kinds of looks like rings so it makes sense.

Sonic isn't something aimed at children exclusively. Sonic Generations wouldn't exist had the people who had lived through the classic games hadn't been around.

This "remake" of Sonic CD is amazingggg I love it so much. The controls don't feel so slippery, the music actually loops properly, and all the extra content for only $5. Great price.

Yet Sonic 4 Ep 1 is $10 and it has less levels, and way less content than Sonic CD not to mention shitty physics.

sonic cd was boring, with a shitty gimmick and bad level design that seems to revolve around making shitty gimmick impossible to use. the game could have used a LOT of collision detection work, and generally it's just poor quality after the opening animation.

also who the fuck saw sonic and thought "hey slow, exploitative platforming, that's a good idea"
