i have mixed feelings.
in one hand, i usually follow the "kill everything you can" way.
this would tell me to pick the sacrifice them to satan option.

HOWEVER, that would mean that the balverines would get away with it, because they want every human to die. and even though i share some of these ideals, i hate losing, and letting them get away with it would be losing from my point of view.

so i will totally pick the kill the guy after he becomes a balverine, that way you get to kill, you don't let the balverines think they got away with it, and everyone is pop flyin'. or dead. except you.
you can kill the merchants afterward anyways :>
