Is the end for pokemon near?

What part are you disagreeing with? The part where there are somewhere between 5-100 million species of animals on Earth?

you completely miss the fact that not all of them are usable, and just because they are animals they are not good for being pokemon. Stop talking about what is in the real world like it can be transfered just like that to make new pokemon.

My point: There are millions of species for them to draw inspiration from, enough so that they could continue producing games for over 100 years. If Pokemon dies, it will not be for running out ideas for new species.

Do you use the enemies in mario like they do pokemon? its really different. having new pokemon gives people new things to look forward to as to what you can do.

So what you're saying is, unless they make new pokemon every single game (although you say there are too many already) the games' aren't worth buying. Also, there's no real difference between how the Pokemon play besides superficial ones so my point stands.

My WHOLE point is that pokemon can die. This whole thing started when I was saying how it could die from lack of ideas. There are plenty of other ways too, and my whole point was that it will one day die. I just thought lack of ideas was the most likely.

YOU DON'T GET I'M A POKEMON FAN TOO. I like having new pokemon but I'm worried making so many at a time kills it.

No, your point is that it WILL die and SOON. There really are no lack of ideas. If anything, they have more. Look at all the (rather guide-dang-it) methods of evolution in DPP.
