Yeah, the most memorably bad moment I've had with exclusives is Ness, that's seriously it. The rest were relatively comfortable, Jigglypuff kind of got me nervous, and my mind was like "I'll never get Robin or Lucina...", but I got both exclusive's no problem.

And uhh...also got Robin and Lucina. :awesomeface:

TRU has been a nightmare all around for exclusives for me. Lucario (and a few other Wave 2's) got cancelled then reinstated with no notification so I ended up with doubles, Greninja was something I had to get in Japan due to how pre-orders were handled online and in stores (and again, distance being a major factor), Bowser Jr. wasn't terrible almost exclusively because of stock numbers, which were all over the place in my area (300 for the store I went to (200 of which were gone in the first hour), 30 for two other stores, one servicing the northern part of a major city). Even barring those experiences though, it's the only store that's that far out of the way. Everything else is within 5 minutes of my college/home making a trip before school/after very feasible.

It's just not worth it to me to deal with them any more than I have to, regardless of stock numbers, it's just not worth the cost and hassle compared to importing for me, especially with the cheddar already dropped on this collection and no real reason to go after NA only when I'm an out of box collector.

Only to be billed for it anyways and shipped in the middle of the night, with an ETA between the 26th and the 1st.

Had to cancel another preorder that would have shipped today and arrived tomorrow.

Picked up my Wooly World + green yarn Yoshi bundle yesterday, and they had big stacks of the PANK and blue Yoshis behind the counter. After some deliberation I impulse bought the PANK and blue guys. Now I have an adorable yarn family.

I wanted to point out that the PANK Yoshi looks way better in person. All their promo images of it make it seem like it's a really pastel PANK, but seeing it in person, it's a way brighter color, almost edging in on hot PANK. I originally wasn't keen on it because I don't like pastels as a general rule, but it looks very nice in person.

Blue is about the same as it looks in pictures, maybe a shade darker but not as much of a difference as the PANK one.

Oh, and they also have a small fabric loop on the back just behind their heads, which means these things are getting hung up as Christmas tree ornaments at some point.
