The campsite is not required for the tenth villager, as far as I know.

Is 94 Bells a turnip too pricey or did Joan give me a good deal today? I only bought 20, so no matter what, it's not a major loss.

I'd say it's average. Best deals are usually around 60 bells or even lower. Reese usually buys for around 100 so you can get a miniscule refund, but if you're lucky she'll buy for hundreds of bells.

When Renee was buying for 426 bells a turnip I made 4 million off the ones I had and then another 10 million in tips from people who came to my town to sell. It was fucking ridiculous.

Edit: She gave me another chance to have her move in if I beat her at charades. I won with little trouble.

Not sure, but I think she will only force your villagers to change their greeting or catchphrase, and others along those lines.
